As a major gateway into Northern NSW, Newcastle Airport is central to the region’s growth. With domestic passenger forecasts hitting 1.5 million and international numbers close to a quarter of a million, the demand for world-class facilities has never been greater.

Naturally, Cove’s name has taken inspiration from the stunning coastline that defines the region. Cove Kitchen & Bar offers a more refined, tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of any airport. We designed Cove with the idea of a safe harbour—a place to refuel with fresh, contemporary Australian cuisine in a sophisticated setting.
As for the menu, with a range of vibrant salads all the way to premium mains, Cove is the perfect spot for a sit-down meal or a celebratory pre-flight cocktail.
