Cater Care’s Christmas Pride 2025: Investing in Community
Each year, our Christmas Pride campaign reminds us what it means to live to our values, and why our clients trust us…
Our values of Care, Pride and Community have always been at the heart of what we do at Cater Care, and with this in mind, we are proud to announce the launch of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program – CARING IN THE COMMUNITY.
Since our company first started in 2000, we’ve been so proud of the charitable efforts of our staff and customers around the country. It’s wonderful to see our values of Care, Pride and Community being upheld with such generosity of spirit. Now, we’re thrilled to launch an official CSR program called Caring in the Community, across all of our sites. The program sees us partnering with two amazing national charities – Lifeline and Foodbank – to support vulnerable Australians in the communities in which we work and live.
The focus of our CARING IN THE COMMUNITY program is in:

Lifeline is a long established national charity that provides 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention to all Australians. Foodbank is Australia’s largest hunger relief organisation, providing food for 77 million meals a year to over 2,600 charities around the country. The not-for-profit also extensively reduces food waste, making a positive difference to the environment.
Our Caring in the Community vision is to ensure that we continue to build meaningful and positive impacts for the communities in which we work and live. As our business continues to grow, our CSR framework and the corresponding benefits to our communities will also increase.
