Cater Care – a 100% Australian owned and operated National Facilities Management services company is proud to announce it has signed a contract to deliver Facilities Management services to Doray Minerals for the exciting new Deflector gold project in WA’s Murchison region.Cater Care is also contracted for similar services at Doray Minerals’ flagship gold mine, Andy Well (Australian Mine of the Year 2015) near Meekatharra in WA, having commenced services during the construction phase in 2012.
Despite the overall caution in the media regarding the mining sector, it is certainly promising to witness new projects being approved and constructed in WA. Cater Care is also providing services to the Nova Nickel mine near Norseman, which is currently under construction.
Consistent, high-quality service and a great working relationship at both Andy Well and the Deflector fly camp provided Doray Minerals with the confidence to reward Carer Care with the additional contract.
In a tight market where price is currently the key driving factor when evaluating tender submissions, it was refreshing to observe that business fundamentals such as relationship, customer service, consistency and value were equally important to Doray Minerals.
Cater Care will support the construction of the mine and village over the first half of the new year before transitioning into the production phase, scheduled for mid-2016.
