Cater Care’s Christmas Pride 2025: Investing in Community

Each year, our Christmas Pride campaign reminds us what it means to live to our values, and why our clients trust us to deliver with heart.

The best business partnerships are built on shared values and steady reliability. When you’re choosing a new service provider, the real difference often lies beyond the contract. And nowhere is that more visible than in our annual Christmas Pride campaign.

Our history of action

To us, great food service doesn’t stop at the plate. It extends to ensuring food security for those who need it most, which is why we’ve partnered with Foodbank Australia for many years.

Last Christmas, our teams rallied across the country, raising enough to help fund more than 9,400 meals for families in need. In a year when almost one in three Australian households faced food insecurity, our people came together to make a tangible difference. That unity, care, and operational follow-through are the same qualities we bring to every client partnership.

This year’s Christmas Pride campaign turns generosity into a team sport.

From now until December 22, many of our Cater Care sites are taking part in our Christmas Decor Competition, a fun, creative challenge that also fuels real impact. For every site that enters, Cater Care will donate $100 to Foodbank.

It’s an uplifting way for our teams to show their creativity and community spirit while supporting a cause that matters. The same dedication, attention to detail, and pride that go into decorating their sites are the very qualities our clients experience in our service every day.
