Cater Care is launching a brand new mental wellbeing program on July 12 called Thrive, in collaboration with mental health specialist provider, Happiness Co’s, Employee Happiness Program, one of the most preemptive and proactive programs to workplace mental health in Australia.
Cater Care’s launch of the internally-focused brand, Thrive, is the result of earlier employee surveys, which identified mental health and employee wellbeing as a key area of focus.
This survey informed the creation of Thrive’s five key pillars which includes Staff Safety, Leadership and Support, Resilience, Education and Culture.
These pillars will be central to the content and resources that are delivered, specifically as part of the quarterly workshops, which will be facilitated by Happiness Co, to our 3000-strong workforce. Cater Care’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Colin Redman, is excited by the program and particularly with the collaboration with Happiness Co. who is a leader in the field of employee mental wellbeing.
