They sought to create a unique culture with a strong emphasis on care, most importantly caring for staff, clients and communities along with tailoring solutions for each client’s needs.
Sustainable growth and consolidation were fundamental in setting the foundations for the future. The aim was to find clients who would appreciate Cater Care’s core values of Care, Pride & Community and understand that biggest is not necessarily best.
It is amazing how far we have come — starting from a single Urban site in 2000, we have steadily built on this early foundation with the addition of our Remote and Retail divisions to become a leading Australian caterer, and remain wholly Australian owned. With over 170 sites across the nation, we now employ a diverse and inclusive workforce of more than 3,000 dedicated and talented employees.
The hard work and dedication of our employees continues to play a pivotal role in shaping our history and success. We are also extremely grateful for the many clients who have shown Cater Care tremendous support over the past twenty years.
What’s next? Part of our future is already here. We are transforming our operations with new IT systems, improving customer experience through merchandising and retail opportunities, and launching value-add programs such as our Service Delivery Excellence Employee Awards, and there is much more to come.
We’ll continue working towards our vision to be the provider of choice, while staying true to our founding mission to treat each individual client and customer as though they are the only one.
