Our friendly staff are here to help.
Himal demonstrates teamwork daily and without seeking praise or reward. A recent instance of going above and beyond was changing 30 monitors in the Brisbane office, which would cause downtime for the wider team. When asked how he planned to do this, he responded, “I will come in over the weekend so that it won’t affect or disrupt anyone’s work.” Himal always ensures everyone is supported and has what they need to do their jobs. His commitment to teamwork is commendable.
James Milson Woolwich is a one-person site, which means Claire works closely with the site’s care staff to assist in providing the residents’ daily requirements and meal service. Unfortunately, with the current staffing challenges, staff don’t always arrive, which results in Claire staying back to continue service, often with little notice. Claire never complains and always puts the needs of her residents first, and stays on site to ensure the residents’ dining experience is enjoyable and timely. Claire demonstrates great customer care every day.
Nitika joined the team in the midst of COVID-19. Her can-do attitude and supportive, informative approach uplift the sites’ morale. Nitika respects a site team’s responsibility to service, so her willingness to take a flexible approach and work with a team to ensure incidents are reviewed and action is taken results in the best outcome. Although Nitika’s role is safety, it is important to also acknowledge her positive impact while working in partnership for safety and that safety is not seen as just another routine task.
Martin receives only praise and positive comments from all corners of Westminster School in SA. Boarders, parents, school staff, board members and the school community are so impressed with his commitment to fresh, tasty food presented in the best way possible that they often share feedback. Feedback includes “The food always looks fantastic!”, “Looks amazing!”, “You’re setting the bar a bit high for when my boy comes home for the holidays.”, “I have been here for six years, and his culinary skills are the best I have seen.” Congratulations Martin.
From the outset, Shaun has been committed to building his team into the most efficient and safety-conscious team through continuous encouragement and training. To facilitate action, not just words, he set up a safety centre with a laptop for his team to participate in Cater Care and the client’s safety learnings and shares. This leadership approach contributed to Shaun and his team recently achieving 100 incident and injury-free days. Congratulations to the team Jacinth Ambrosia!
