To provide the same opportunities for all employees and ensure Indigenous Communities have access to employment and development with Cater Care to assist in closing the gap of employment between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Australians.

It is important to recognise both cultural needs and the unique nature of the locations in which services are provided.

Cater Care will work in conjunction with government and local employment initiatives to develop new business opportunities, enhance existing ones and ensure all opportunities are utilised.
