25 Year Anniversary

 

2024 is a special year for Cater Care, as it marks 25 years of outstanding service delivery.

To celebrate this significant milestone, we are pleased to invite you and your partner to a celebratory weekend for our shareholders at The Star Gold Coast from Friday July 26 to Sunday July 28. This includes an Anniversary Dinner that is being held on Saturday evening at The Star in their new Isoletto Privé event space.

 

This will be an opportunity for us to celebrate over the weekend with those who have made this company so remarkable and recognise how Cater Care has evolved to become the industry leading company today. It truly is a testament to the entire Cater Care team, clients and customers, both past and present.

The Event

Q: Where is the event being held, what date and time?

  • The event is being held at The Star Gold Coast on Saturday evening July 27.
  • The event will commence at 6:00 PM at The Star Gold Coast in their Isoletto Privé event space, which is located in their new event centre.
  • We suggest guests arrive across the weekend, specifically arriving on Friday, with the dinner event on Saturday and guests departing on Sunday.

Q: What do I need to wear?

A: The dress code is ‘cocktail’.

Q: Am I able to bring children to the dinner event?

A: This is an adults only event.

Q: What if I’m driving to the event or not staying with other Cater Care attendees at The Star?

A: Parking is available onsite at The Star Gold Coast.

A: Complete the Google form

Q: How do I notify you of any dietary considerations or restrictions?

A: Ensure you have completed the Google form to capture you and your +1’s details.

Travel Bookings

Q: Who will book my flights and accommodation?

A: A member of Cater Care’s administration team will coordinate flights and accommodation (including +1’s).

Accommodation

Q: Where is the accommodation?

  • Guests will be booked at The Star Gold Coast on both Friday and Saturday nights. Please advise on the form if you intend to stay for extra nights. Please note that you’ll need to pay for any additional expenses you incur and liaise with The Star directly to book any additional nights.
  • Breakfast is provided on Saturday and Sunday.

Q: What is the room configuration?

  • Superior Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
  • Rollaway beds are an additional $50 each.
  • A charge of $50.00 per night is also applicable if a 3rd adult shares a room, regardless of whether they use existing bedding or a rollaway.

Flights

Q: How do I book flights?

  • As mentioned a member of Cater Care’s administration team will coordinate the individual flight bookings for all attendees (including +1’s). Guests will be travelling with Virgin Australia, Cater Care’s preferred airline partner. Use the Google form to specify any travel preferences.
  • For those guests travelling by air, you will be booked to fly to the Gold Coast on Friday and depart on Sunday. If you would like to come down earlier, or stay on the Gold Coast longer, you’ll need to specify your preference on the form. Your accommodation on the Friday and Saturday nights are paid for, however, you’ll need to pay for any additional expenses you incur.

Q: What time do I need to arrive at the airport for my flight/s?

A: Please refer to your booking confirmation for correct timings. 

Transport

Q: How will I be transported to and from the airport on the Gold Coast?

A: Please state on the form whether you’ll require Uber credits to transfer you from the Gold Coast airport to the hotel and for your return journey.

Q: Is car parking available at the hotel?

A: There is car parking available at the hotel.

Costs

During your trip, Cater Care will cover the cost of:

  • The return flights to the Gold Coast for you and your plus one (if required).
  • Two nights accommodation at The Star Gold Coast including breakfast at the hotel.
  • Transport to and from the airport (both ways) at your point of origin. This will be through either:
    • An Uber fare, which will be credited to your personal account, or;
    • Paid parking at the airport for the nights you’re away that you can expense back.

Costs to be covered by you, include:

  • Additional night(s) accommodation on the Gold Coast (outside of Friday and Saturday nights), including any meals.
  • Any food or beverage consumption not provided at the dinner or breakfast e.g. hotel bar, restaurant or mini-bar.
  • Rollaway beds, which are $50 each.
  • If a 3rd adult shares a room (regardless of whether they use existing bedding or a rollaway) a charge of $50.00 per night is applicable.
